How You Can Help

There are a variety of ways to help support StillPointe Llama Rescue, and every way is needed and appreciated. We are a Washington State non-profit organization, recognized under IRS code 501(c) (3). We depend entirely upon donations to enable us to do our work. All Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the IRS.
  • Attend and support our Events.
     

     
  • Become a StillPointe Member! You'll receive our quarterly Newsletter, announcements of coming events, notices of volunteer opportunities and general news from the farm. This only costs $20/yr for individuals, or $35/yr family/farm.

     

  • Participate in our Adopt-A-Llama Program! Since we no longer adopt the llamas out, all our rescues are eligible for this program. Your donation goes toward their feed, medical bills and general care. When you "adopt" one of these llamas you will receive a "Certificate of Adoption", a brief written history, and a photo of the animal. You'll also receive an annual report on his/her health and progress. You are welcome to visit "your" llama, just contact us to make an appointment.
     

     

  • There are three different "levels" of Adoption; Friend $50.00, Llover $100.00, and Angel $200.00.
     

  • These make WONDERFUL gifts for animal lovers of all ages, and can be sent from you, Santa, The Easter Bunny, The Tooth Fairy, or ANYONE (Uncle Harry, Aunt Hildie, Cousin Max, A Desperate Housewife, Thor, Winnie The Pooh...) of your choosing. Kids love them and adults who can't actually own a llama feel great about a gift that helps support a llama. All choices are available on our Adopt-A-Llama Form.
     
  •  You can also use the Adopt-A-Llama Form to get or give a subscription to our Newsletter, which includes our Calendar of Events, Special Offers, New Llama Additions, Volunteer Opportunities, and Progress Reports on our programs. Individual Membership is $20.00 per year, Family Membership is $35.00 per year. This is a fun way to donate and still stay aware of all that we are planning or accomplishing.
     
  • Volunteer to help on the farm! We always have fences to repair, things to build, barns to clean, llamas to groom or walk, and a thousand more things to do. This is a wonderful way to help and only requires your energy, strength and willingness. You'll be out in the fresh air getting great exercise in a wonderful environment!
     
  • Monetary Donations! These may be made by check, payable to StillPointe Sanctuary and mailed to: C.J. Grey, P.O. Box 3320, Silverdale, WA 98383. We hope to be set up soon to receive PayPal payments!
     
  • Services! If you'd like to donate any kind of service, we'd love that. Things from tune-ups for vehicles to newspaper ad space, and ???? Whatever service you offer, we can use it.
     
  • Auction items! We have occasional auctions and raffles (NOT of our llamas!) to raise money for StillPointe. We'd be thrilled to have your quality goods to put in these auctions.
     
  • Help fulfill our wish list! These are specific things we need:
     
    • Donations of hay, minerals, grains, medicines, syringes, needles. Please contact us for specifics on any of these needs.
       
    • A small tractor with mowing, plowing and bucket (scooping) attachments. Need not be new, just totally functional.
    • Building materials such as metal roofing, fencing wire (2x4" "No Climb"), 7' "T" posts, portable corral panels (the green lightweight ones), 7'x4"x4" treated posts, four 12' metal/mesh gates.
    • A Volunteer Coordinator
    • An Administrative Assistant to be responsible for record keeping
    • An Accountant who is familiar with non-profits

     

    • Lastly you can visit our Vendor Support Website:  Please visit www.llamas.wwdb.biz to support the llamas of StillPointe. When visiting the site, type in the word "Guest" on the lower left side where it says, "Visitors please sign in with the private Access Code that was given to you.".
      This is a fabulous opportunity to visit a variety of vendors and make purchases of excellent quality clothing, books, cosmetics, laundry needs, health needs, etc.
      100% of our proceeds from sales through this site - essentially the difference between wholesale and retail - go to StillPointe Sanctuary to support our work. Thank you in advance for giving to the llamas!
